About Us

History

The Central Association of SCAs (CASCA) was founded by 49 members on 12 March 2009 and registered on 24 April 2009. The purpose for which it was created was to contribute to a sustainable development of savings and credit associations and improve the quality of services provided to its members. The Central Association of SCAs operates in accordance with the Savings and Credit Associations Law (SCA) and other related regulations and normative acts. The founders of the Central Association are the savings and credit associations which responded to the initiative of the SCA group formed for this purpose. From the total number of 124 SCA members, 50 are “B” license SCAs and 74 are “A” license.
